James

James has been developing software and websites for years. He was born, raised and lives in Dallas, Texas. He has formal degrees from Texas A&M University (B.S.), Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM.) and TLC School of Massage in Austin (LMT) and is a Certified Project Manager (PMI - PMP), a Certified BTP (CBT), and a licensed broker (Series 22,63). He has additional formal training in software engineering (EDS-SED), Project Management processes and tools, large business processes, the GE Sales cycle, Landman work, business development and small business operations. James is also a lettered Sports Trainer with the Texas A&M University Football program.
He is an ENTJ (strategic leader), entrepreneur and technical consultant with 20+ years at three Fortune 100 corporations and several start ups. He has directly coded software and lead software engineering teams on multi-million dollar projects. He has functioned in Project Management roles at EDS, AMR and MCI with international travel, including Paris, France, which will become the center for his mission across Europe, a la Blues Brothers.
He is a trained and experienced speaker and writer with hobbies in other fields including ballroom dancing, massage, the healing arts, (East meets West), Medical Spa and beauty industry, cooking, music, photography, decorating, art, poetry, gardening, restoration of houses, cars, and furniture, oil & gas, handyman work, life coaching, domestic and international philanthropic work.
His curiosity itch, now largely satiated, led him to sky diving, bridge jumping, bull riding, rock climbing, fresh water and deep sea fishing, whitewater rafting, off road and mountain cycling, motocross and four-wheeling, Rocky Mountain backpacking, Lakota-Sioux Sweat Lodges, Belize scuba with sharks, Caymans and Virgin Islands snorkeling, snow skiing across the Rockies, ballroom dance showcases, Master of Ceremony events, police stake outs, and NASCAR driving. He has visited 49 of the 50 states, and looks forward to Alaska one day to round it out.
Zack
Zack designs striking, enduring logos. His approach to logo design is one of logical problem-solving, backed by fine art training. Zack started his formal education in his home state of Texas at Richland College, UNT and TAMU-Commerce, before attending the Academy of Art in San Francisco. He is currently working his Photoshop magic from the coast of Brazil. Zack considers himself blessed to have been selected to create outstanding logos for ventures in locales around the world including Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Goiânia, California and the Lone Star State of Texas. When he is not designing, Zack is either at the beach or teaching English as a second language.

Dale is our Director of Business Development. He is originally from Cleveland and is a huge fan of the Indians and the Browns. Please let him know what you think of his hometown teams. He is likely the most friendly person you will ever meet, and you will notice it instantly when you converse with him. He has a winsome smile and has turned it into a level of success that few people can match.
He graduated with a business degree from Bowling Green State University and has excelled in sales and sales management throughout his career. He has been very successful in selling large scale Information Technology projects throughout the U.S. and International. He has developed strong business relationships and utilized a strong “competitive advantage” approach to growing his clients.
Dale will help you put together a plan to achieve your business goals, in an affordable way.
Dale is also an accomplished pianist and can play any tune by ear. He is amazing to listen to, and with his personality, can give Jerry Lee Lewis a piano run for his money.
